What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you make a payment, Stripe processes your card details — we never see or store them. When you submit a session, we store the video clips you upload along with any written context you provide.
How we use it
Your email is used to send you notifications when your analysis is ready and for account login. Your clips are used solely for coaching analysis by Umut Renkligül. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Data retention
Video files (clips and feedback) are automatically deleted 7 days after your session is marked complete. Your account data is retained as long as your account is active.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payments, Backblaze B2 for file storage, and Resend for transactional email. Each has their own privacy policy governing data they process.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us on Instagram at @umut_serve_lab.
