The service
Umut Serve Lab provides personal roundnet serve coaching via video analysis. You submit serve clips, and Umut Renkligül provides a video breakdown and a written summary.
Payments
Sessions are purchased as one-time payments (1 session for 19€) or as a monthly subscription (4 sessions for 32€/month). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Single-session credits expire 30 days after purchase if unused. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.
Turnaround time
Sessions are typically completed within 1-5 work days. Umut will communicate in advance if he is travelling or unavailable.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your analysis, contact us on Instagram at @umut_serve_lab and it will be sorted out. Unused credits can be refunded at any time.
Your content
You retain ownership of the video clips you upload. By submitting them you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of providing coaching feedback. Video files are automatically deleted 90 days after your session is complete. The written summary and chat history are kept indefinitely.
Limitation of liability
Coaching advice is provided in good faith based on the clips submitted. Results vary by individual. Umut Serve Lab is not liable for any injury resulting from application of coaching feedback.
